Welcome from Richard Ostrander, and the first part of a talk by Frances M. Jones, entitled Censorship and Intellectual Freedom. Jones was the librarian at the William Mitchell College Law Library in Saint Paul, Minnesota. She also got her law degree and wrote often on intellectual freedom and censorship.
