This card, issued by Shaw & Sons Funeral Directors, Yakima, Washington, gives information about the funeral service for Purdin, born February 24, 1879, and one of the earliest pioneers to the Yakima area, and has the 23rd Psalm printed inside. On the cover is the quote, "on the wings of today comes our strength for tomorrow," with a corresponding angel wing design.
