Abstract
Issued by the West Coast Lumber Trade Extension Bureau, this booklet focuses on four specific types of wood: Douglas Fir, West Coast Hemlock, Western Red Cedar, and Sitka Spruce. The purpose of the booklet is to stress that homes can be built with west coast lumber, rather than other materials, in order to benefit the lumber industry in the Pacific Northwest.
