The memorial will consist primarily of a collection of 6 to 10 petroglyphs from the Ice Harbor and Lower Monumental pool areas. Some of the rocks on which these petroglyphs are inscribed weigh up to five tons. The site being considered is an elevated position on the south side of the river overlooking the Ice Harbor Dam."
