Printed."It is a good time now before winter sent in to make some necessary repairs on our country roads. Last winter some of the leading highways into this city, particularly the Old Town and Ahtanum roads were in a most deplorable condition. The result was that all lines of local business suffered, to say nothing of the hardships endured by the farmers. We can't have macadamized roads right away, but we can mend the the roads. A few loads of crushed rock dumped into the quagmires would help the roads a great deal."No Known Copyright The organization that has made the Item available reasonably believes that the Item is not restricted by copyright or related rights, but a conclusive determination could not be made.
