Others were Pioneer Memorial Museum, Yakima Memorial Museum, Yakima Valley Museum of the Old West. Mr. Lewis asked if the Yakima Valley Museum was connected with this museum and Mr. Martin stated that they are not but it is the feeling of a lot of people from the Yakima Valley Museum that some day the two museums could get together. Mr. John Bloxom moved that the name of the museum be the Yakima Frontier Museum, seconded by George Martin and carried.
