Abstract
"She was six months old when she came here with her parents in the train led by Dr. L. H. Goodwin. The train started for Puget Sound but camped along the Naches the first night, then decided to remain in the valley. The coming of this train increased the settlement considerably as there were so many children. They settled along the Yakima river in the county of Yakima. Both of her parents, father and grandfather, homesteaded. They were Walter Lindsay and John Lindsay, farmers. She was born in 1865 and is a citizen of the U. S."
