Abstract

"Mr. Hollingbery stated that he and Mr. Bloxom met with the Elks last Tuesday and proposed $150.00 a month with 10% to a maximum of $6,000.00. The Counter proposal that Mr. Hollingbery brought back to the Committee from the Elks is as follows: $150.00 for three months and $250.00 thereafter."
