Abstract
"There are 720 men employed in mines 1 and 2 at Rosalyn. All these men belong to the Knights of Labor. Many of them have families. Some of these have worked there ever since the mines were first opened in 1886. The company says they intend to conduct their own business, without dictation from any source as to whom they shall employ, or who they shall discharge, when good and sufficient reasons are presented for a change, and that is not unreasonable."
