"The Nomenclature of place names alone covers some eighty sites along the Columbia River and twenty or more others. I am happy to say I feel confident it is the most complete ever produced or for that matter, ever will be produced, because it includes names known to certain Wanapums and not to others. Should Mr. Gilbert, AEC agronomist provide me with results of a Wanapum field trip to locate burials, I may be able to add a few more of minor consequence."
