Abstract
"Mr. Rovig stated that he had presented the proposal from the group and Mr. Noel to the Board of Trustees of the Elks Lodge and the Elks counter offer is as follows: The Elks are desirous of doing something with the property from a community standpoint and they suggested $150.00 a month rental for the first three months to give the group an opportunity to make the necessary repairs and get into business at a minimum cost."
