Abstract
As a result of the American Indian Chicago Conference, this declaration of Indian purpose was created by those who attended. Covers such topics as health, housing, education, and the law and jurisdiction, among others. One of the enclosures, signed by the Secretary of the Interior, promises to present it to the President "at a mutually convenient date, in the near future."
