Abstract

Update on the dam progression to Puck Hyah Toot. Burial sites and relics will be protected, and Relander doesn't think the dam will be started for another two years. Warning about the man who wants to visit graves. "If he asks you and wants to know the names of places, maybe you should tell him other names for those places and then later that will prove he is wrong if he is trying to find out like the others." Relander may take Puck Hyah Toot with him to make a speech to the people planning to build the dam. Warning not to talk to them without Relander there. The Wanapums are, so far, being treated better than the Yakimas were. Reminder to make things, as he will be needing them soon, for when the book comes out. That is why he was made a partner in the book. Ends "I have many more letters to write, and you have things to make."
