"The material is so extensive that I feel a personal trip by you will be necessary to evaluate it. From dates and other descriptions I am fairly well satisfied it is the Salzman material. There are a series of four or more 'Appraisments of Surplus Yakima Lands, approximately 16 x 22 inches containing a dozen to two dozen plat sheets or diagrams each."
