Abstract
"Every name will help, but don't let it be of worry to you if you do not have the time now to get more than a few. I am enclosing a self-addressed envelope for the return within a week. I think most of us feel that the Indians are fighting a losing battle against the dam and cannot overcome the tremendous argument being advanced for the construction. But I also know that we all sincerely feel we wish to see the government comply with its Treaty obligations."
