He is doing that so if people want to build a dam, the government will do what it can to keep it from interfering in anyway with the graveyard. He won't be here to talk about other things that I am working for...a piece of land where the Wanapums can have their home for all time and will never be disturbed; the graveyard fenced, and things like that."
