Abstract
"Notice: To fulfill the requirements of the Department of Commerce it is necessary that you, as a pilot, keep an accurate record of your flying time and the nature o your flights. Your employer and the insurance companies also desire this information. This Log Book meets all the requirements of the Department of Commerce for the proper recording of your flying time and permits you to keep an accurate record for yourself, your employer, or your insurance company."
