Abstract:
"It is agreed and understood by both parties that the party of the second part is to furnish all spray material and boxes, and do all spraying during the period of this lease. Also party of the second part agrees to ditch, irrigate, cut out, blight, thin and pick fruit except small fruit such as cherries, etc., which both will pick, and deliver same to warehouse of the party of the second part, in bulk."
