Abstract
"At the suggestion of Dr. Gaston Litton, Archivist at the University of Oklahoma, the Executive Committee of OVHIC voted to send a Resolution to Dr. Wayne C. Grover, Archivist of the United States, recommending that a Consultantship be established on American Indian and Frontier Affairs, at the National Archives."
