Abstract
"The minimum charge for pieces of odd size or form applies to all articles (mailed singly or in bulk) exceeding 9 inches in width or 12 inches in length, or less than 2 3/4 inches in width or 4 inches in length; round, cylindrical, or other-irregular shaped pieces, and those with contents forming a hump or which are otherwise so uneven as to prevent stacking or typing in packages; also articles in bags or addressed by means of tags."
