Abstract
"It is understandable that the name, Wilbur Wade Robertson and others from Yakima and Yakima Valley should appear as active participants in the Washington Irrigation Institute which originated in 1932 at Portland to support the National Reclamation Association. The Roza Division of the Yakima Project and Columbia Basin were listed as two unfinished projects. The Roza was a part of the Yakima Project Robertson and Jones had worked for."
