Abstract

"White Bluffs, a town in the northeastern part of Benton county, was named for the conspicuous bluffs nearby. An old building of logs and driftwood is still standing in which the Hudson's Bay Company conducted a trading post in the early sixties. E. J. O'Larry in Names MSS Letter 215. (Meany)."
