Abstract
"The entire Yakima federal reclamation project has an excellent repayment record. Approximately $10,219,308 of the total value of repayment contracts--$24,869,813--has been returned to the federal treasury. The percentage uncollected is 1.6--and even that small percentage is to be paid within the next month or two (form February 1947 release)."
