Abstract
"White Bluffs people rather the Priest Rapids valley residents desired to have the dam at Priest Rapids. A good market is all that is needed. We have climate, production, energetic men and women, good schools, industries and for a long time, had faith. A million dollars was spent in preliminary work at Priest rapids. We have natural resources such as deposits of clay and sand, the kind used in manufacture of certain articles and very scarce."
