Abstract
"White men and red men all are brothers. The Mighty Spirit made all his children. To the white man he gave cattle, sheep and grain for food. To the red man he gave game, fish and roots and berries. He placed the Indians here on the bosom of the Earth, our mother. We are the native children of these plains and forests; we did not come from foreign lands. We had no cattle, sheep, or grain."
