Abstract
"Sixteen business blocks, 160 residences, one school house, one church, one planing mill, one saw mill, box door and saw factory and two warehouses in North Yakima's building record for 1902 at $300,000. This includes only the city proper. The suburban surroundings have kept pace with the growth of the city and many new farm residences, barns, hop houses and other structures are in evidence."
