Abstract
"Judge Mason Irwin of Olympia was here this week having exchanged with Judge Graves in order that he might try cases in which the latter is disqualified. Judge Irwin was a former resident of North Yakima, having arrived in the year 1885 and entered into partnership with the Milroy brothers under the firm name of Milroy, Irwin and Milroy."
