Abstract
"Brigadier Robert Dubbin of Seattle was here with the local Salvation Army officials and architects concluded arrangements yesterday for erecting a building on the lot owned by the Army on North Second street near A street. Contracts for party walls have been entered into between them and adjoining property owners and next Monday the building will be removed and the construction of the new structure commenced at once."
