Abstract
"Another thing I have done is meet a few movie stars. They were filming a movie called 'The Hanging Tree' here with the main stars Gary Cooper and Maria Schell. I met them and also a new star - Ben Pizza who is 22 and this is his first movie - some others were Mr. & Mrs. Swenson. They have stared in a lot of Broadway plays in New York and also radio programs. I had dinner with them in the most expensive place in Yakima and then took them out to the Indian dances. All in All it was a very enjoyable evening. Wednesday evening is the night Jerry Lee Lewis and about 12 other singers will be here."
