Abstract
"The first step was to agree upon the general content of the publication and it has been concluded that we will cover the story of Yakima for Yesterday, - Today, - and Tomorrow. For the introduction of the Historical Program, the committee has requested that your President, Robert Macfarlane, prepare a statement which will serve as the front-piece or the first page of the publication. In conjunction with his statement, we would like to have a one or two-column cut to accompany the article."
