Abstract
"Mr. Bruce Wilson, publisher of the Ritzville Journal Times has been very interested in the formation of this Society. At this meeting it is hoped that we can get a temporary chairman appointed, as well as a constitution committee and a nominating committee formed. A great deal of preliminary information will have to be given, for few people within the county are informed."
