"Am answering you at once to explain that Mother Pearl has no claim on the farim whatsoever. She was included in the inheritance appraisal by my intelligent lawyer to save you + I a big chunk of inheritance tax. It did just that. I have a great claim deed from her which is now a part of our estate. In it she relinquishes all rights to the farm for all time."
