Abstract
"Dad is not a young man any more but still thinks he can paint the house. He has an electric spray outfit so maybe he can. He has become quite an enthusiastic stamp collector. First day issues, unusual cachets and U. S. mainly. However, Lucile is assistant librarian to the weather bureau in Washington, D. C. and sends him a lot of foreign stamps. He would appreciate anything unusual you might turn up along that line. Mother has been making grape jelly."
