Abstract
"The Yakima meeting was most worth while. I, for one, am especially glad to have had an opportunity to see Fort Simcoe. Now it is so much more real, and I can see how much we must do. I am enthusiastic about going ahead with the plans there. Eventually it will be one of the best developments in the State."
