Request for Wilbur to notify the Department of the Interior, Office of Indian Affairs, when the Piutes have arrived at his Agency. Enclosure: Piutes at Warm Springs Agency are renegades, and therefore, "do not 'properly belong' there," as Agent Smith himself has said. Directions for transporting them to Yakama Indian Agency.
