Abstract
"...In cases where a portion of the lands covered by any such trust patent shall have been sold, and the deed conveying the same approved, upon receipt from the purchaser of the fee for recording such instrument, to transmit said patent, if in your possession, to the registrar of deeds for the county within which said lands may be located for proper record and return to you."
