Abstract
"Indian Prisoners at Fort Vancouver (Sheep Eaters) would be sent to Warm Springs reservation early this spring. As these prisoners were not sent to Yakima, by reason of the protest made by you...it is presumed that you are in possession of information in regard to them, which may be of service to the office...."
