A handwritten report from James H Wilbur, U.S. Indian Agent at Fort Simcoe, W.T., to Gen. T. H. McKenny, who was Superintendent of Indian Affairs for Washington Territory. Wilbur's report addresses the "health, peace, material prosperity, and the moral progress of the Indians under my jurisdiction."
