"Notice is hereby given that the annual meeting of the stockholders of the Tieton Water Users Association, and the annual election of trustees for said corporation will be held at the Yakima Chamber of Commerce Rooms, Yakima, Washington, being the place heretofore designated by the Trustees, on the third Monday in November, 1925, to-wit, the 16th day of November, 1925, at the hour of 10 o'clock in the forenoon...."
