Abstract:

"...The Board of County Commissioners has publicly stated that no official request has been made of any governmental agency to establish a camp in Yakima Valley. Consequently we vigorously protest the statement publicly made by Mr. Duffy which is entirely misleading." Annotation on telegram: "Copy to Duffy."
