Abstract
"The farmers along the proposed lines of electric railways in this county will consult their own interests by showing a disposition to deal liberally with the rights-of-way committees. By evincing a disposition to 'hold up' the enterprise, as is reported in a few cases, they may succed in defeating the movement, at the same time cheating themselves."
