"North Yakima has a responsibility resting upon her shoulder that she should not overlook -- the entertainment of visitors to the coming State Fair. There will be an immense crowd in this city on that occasion and none should be allowed to depart with any but the most kindly feeling for our fair city and her hospitable people."
