Abstract
"Joe Riddle, an Indian, was arrested Thursday evening and put in the city bastile for being drunk. Next morning he development considerable symptoms of dementia, and it was thought for a time that inquiry would have to be made as to his mental condition. The wood alcohol now sold to Indians by boot-leggers will make short work of them."
