Abstract
"The officers of the State Federation of Women's clubs have petitioned the legislature for favorable action on the pending bill to establish a state library commission, and asking for an annual appropriation of $2,000 as a traveling library fund. The name of Mrs. Florence Hall of this city, first trustee of the organization, is attached to the petition."
