Abstract
"Yakima is just now engaged in sending several cars daily of her luscious fruit and melons to the people of the less favored sections of the Pacific northwest and receiving in return therefore many thousands of dollars. The balance of trade, thanks to our fruitful orchards and our fertile fields, is now steadily in Yakima's favor, and a great thing is the balance of trade."
