Abstract
"Hon. Williams Jennings Bryan, who visits North Yakima today is a welcome visitor to this city and state. The welcome extended to him is not merely that of his enthusiastic partisan followers, but comes from the whole people as befits the character of the man. Here, as elsewhere, there are many who dissent from and antagonize bitterly his political teachings, but none among such, except those of little intelligence, but what respect him, not alone for his natural gifts, but for his sterling honesty, his steadfastness of purpose and last but not least for his pure and lofty Americanism."
