Abstract
"Bike paths wanted. Second Street Grading Not Satisfactory. The City Council Transacts a Large Amount of Business Monday Night. Rev. H. M. Barlett, addressed the council on the matter of bicycle paths on the principal streets in the city, and asked that an ordinance covering this subject, which was presented last year and failed to pass, be taken up by the council."
