Abstract
"Orville M. Wilmot, President of Terra Mar, a division of Sherwood Pacific, announced today the authorization of the sale of land for a 30 million dollar recreational development on the Long Beach Peninsula near the world-famous fishing center of Ilwaco. This 1440 acre development will offer recreation and leisure living for the vacationer, conventioneer and senior citizen." Includes two black and white photographic drawings. The first is the plan of the development and the other is "an artist's conception of the proposed marina."
