Abstract
Chapin D. Foster was a member of the Board of the Washington State Historical Society, for years, before retiring. Request for a donation from Click Relander. "What I intend to do is to give Mr. and Mrs. Foster a list of the individuals who have wanted to be included, and who have shared in this sponsorship. This won't have anything to do with amounts, but merely will let him know who the people of the group are."
