Abstract
"For some time there has been a feeling in our Board that our contacts with members of Local historical societies have not been sufficiently close to be effective. The problem has been under discussion and a plan has been developed that should go far toward remedying this situation. However, the plan calls for very frank discussion, something that should be 'around the table', rather than mail." Relander is listed as a member of the membership committee.
